- Producatorul anunta lansarea unui produs. Sunt cazuri in care poza anuntata initial nu reprezinta (fidel) produsul final. De asemenea data lansarii poate fi intarziata.

Putem inregistra comenzi si in afara perioadei de precomanda, atata vreme cat produsul este inca listat in oferta distribuitorilor (nu este sold out la precomanda), dar, exista nesansa sa nu avem produsul sau sa il avem la o data ulterioara (nu la prima data a aparitie)
- Va vom notifica prin email cand produsul devine disponibil si veti putea achita diferenta de 70%.
- Daca va razganditi, avansul va fi returnat doar daca (si cand) un alt client va achizitiona produsul pe care l-ati comandat.
- Atentie! Exista posibilitatea (rar, dar exista) ca producatorul sa anuleze aparitia produsului sau aparitia acestuia in Europa sau pur si simplu sa fie SOLD OUT la precomanda (produse in editie limitata). "From Kotobukiya's new Sci-fi Fantasy series, ARCANADEA, the Dears with an animal-like form, Elena, joins the plastic model kit lineup!The model brings to life an original drawing by prolific anime, manga and video game illustrator, Z-ton.By changing out certain parts, the model can be assembled in "Normal Mode" or "Wilize Mode" when in combat.The model is equipped with 3mm connection joints, making it compatible with parts from other Kotobukiya original series.Included Items & Features:- The model can be assembled in ""Normal Mode"" or in the combat-ready ""Wilize Mode"" by changing out certain parts.- The kit includes four face parts that have been pre-printed with tampography.- Decals are included to help users create their preferred expressions.- The horse ears are removable, allowing for versions with and without ears.- A connection joint at the base of the ponytail provides movement.- The magic circle-shaped part on the back has a HEXA G-R.A.M joint with a 3mm connection point in the center. It is compatible with other magic circle-shaped parts in the ARCANADEA series.- There are three ball joint connections, one in the hip of the human body and two in the lower torso of the horse body, for flexible movement and freedom of posing.
